Salon Perfect: Neon Pop Collection Swatches & Revew - Part 1

Happy Sunday lovelies! I was recently sent 9 of the new 12 Neon Pop Collection shades and today I will be sharing with you 3 of those colors.

L to R: Yowza Yellow, Traffic Cone and Fired Up Fuchsia

This collection also comes with a white "base" coat to make the neons pop called "Sugar Cube" and a clear top coat to give them a shiny look to give you options (as they dry to natural matte finish), called "Crystal Clear".

For this post I have a couple different camera / lighting set-ups to try to capture all the neon goodness of these shades.

Yowza Yellow: A Highlighter Yellow

Traditional Lighting Set Up (Nikon Camera & Lightbox)
This is definitely a "highlighter yellow" as described, and I love that they named it YOWZA yellow, lol. It really matches perfectly with how crazy and bright this color is. I am wearing one coat of color, over two coats of the base with topcoat.

Traffic Cone: A Neon Orange

Traditional Lighting Set Up (Nikon Camera & Lightbox)
This shade was the hardest of the shades that I am sharing today to capture on camera. It really is just a super bright neon orange. I am wearing one coat of color, over two coats of the base topped with topcoat.

Fired Up Fuchsia: A Flashy Fuchsia Shimmer

Traditional Lighting Set Up (Nikon Camera & Lightbox)
In these first two pictures, the shimmer is really prominent, I would say it's silvery blue shimmer, which always looks awesome with these bright Fuchsia colors. I am wearing two coats of base, one coat of color and topcoat.

So there you have it, the first 3 shades of the collection. I will be sharing with you the other 6 that I was sent in the next couple of days so keep an eye out.

Out of these three, which was your favorite?

These shades launched in July as part of a limited edition promotion between Salon Perfect and Walmart. Individual shades retail for $3.98.
